Over the past three years I have built my brand on old-fashioned customer service. This new addition to Substack Coach brings that vision to a whole new level.

As Substack continues to grow, it becomes more difficult for the Substack team to keep up with non-urgent support requests. The Substack bot is a great tool and can answer many basic questions, and the Substack support team is an incredible resource for complicated and technical issues. However, what about those times when you just need some specific questions answered that relate to your personal substack, want some advice before you do something new, need a listening ear to bounce some ideas off, or want someone to brainstorm with?

My Substack Support monthly subscription is designed to meet these needs.

This monthly support subscription includes two main components:

Monthly one-to-one video calls with Adrienne

These calls can be about whatever you need to move your substack forward: strategizing a new component for your substack, learning more about your stats or substack notes, troubleshooting, analyzing. This is your time to ask whatever questions you have. (no group calls, this is personal guidance for you and your substack).

Email Support

Besides the monthly video call, you are also able to email Adrienne any questions throughout the month. Questions are answered during business hours, and within 24 hours.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm Central time

This subscription is available on a month-to-month basis here on Substack.coach, or you can head over to the Substack Coach Substack and purchase an entire year at once by joining the “Work with Adrienne” subscription level.
