Terms of Service for Substack Management

Welcome to my Substack management service! I’m excited to partner with you to help grow and manage your publication. My goal is to make the process as smooth and collaborative as possible. Please take a moment to review my service terms.

My Commitment to You

I offer a range of services designed to get your content published effectively. Based on the materials you provide, I will take care of the following:

  • Formatting your post within the Substack editor.
  • Optimizing your post for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Scheduling your post for the date you provide.
  • Proofreading and content feedback (available for an additional charge).
  • Sourcing a graphic for your post (available for an additional charge).

Services, Pricing, & Payment

I will send you an invoice on the first of each month for the previous month’s work. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

My services are tiered based on the level of work required for each post:

  • Standard Publishing Service: To qualify for this service, you will provide me with a final, proofread article that is under 1,500 words, along with the graphic for the post. $15 per post
  • Enhanced Post Preparation: Posts that are over 1,500 words, are not proofread, or do not include a graphic require more of my time and expertise. These will be priced starting at $20 per post. I will provide you with a custom quote based on your requirements.
  • Comprehensive Content Review: If you would like me to personally read through your post, provide detailed feedback on the content, and suggest edits, this service is available starting at $30 per post; we will work out a custom price together, based on the level of feedback you need and the length of your posts. This tier is available for a limited number of clients only.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure I can meet my deadlines and deliver the quality you expect, I rely on you to provide me with the necessary materials in a timely manner.

  • Submission Timeline: To meet your desired publication date and time, all posts must be submitted at least 1 business day in advance. Please note that I do not work weekends or Canadian holidays.
  • Final Versions Only: Please send me only the final version of your post. Once I begin working on a submission, any new versions or replacement posts sent for the same publication date will be considered a new project and billed accordingly.
